Gallery: Britsh School at Rome Mostra (1990)

Dimensions: 1m x 15cm x 5cm

Date: 1990

Materials: Animal tails, plaster, religious pendants, paper

This sculpture was inspired by nuns in Rome pushing trolleys filled with nicknacks around a religious supermarket. The eyes were made from animal tails which came from a sack outside a shop nearby and the ‘pupils’ were made from pendants from the supermarket.
