Who I am
I’m Miranda Housden, an artist. You can contact me using the form on my Contact page.
What I collect
If you use the contact form, I receive your name, email address and message, and whether you ticked the box for occasional news.
How I use it
I use your details to reply to your message. If you tick the box, I’ll also send you occasional news about exhibitions and new work. I don’t use them for anything else.
Who else sees it
Only me, and occasionally anyone who helps me with admin. Messages reach me through my website host and email provider. I don’t share, sell or pass your details on to anyone else.
How long I keep it
I keep messages for as long as they’re useful for our correspondence. If you’ve asked for news, I keep your email address until you ask me to take you off my list.
Your rights
You can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, or ask to come off my list at any time, using the form on my Contact page. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
